The firm was saddled with non-performing and bad debts in excess of $15 million as well as non-releaseable assets of more than $5 million. Our consultants reduced the non-performing debts by 59%, operating costs by 62% and overall headcount by 27%. The company directors were also discharged from their personal guarantees totaling more than $9 million.

Preparing an $86 million electronics company for public listing
This Singapore Enterprise 50 company in the business of electronics assembly, testing, manufacturing and product development appointed YTF Consultants to craft a multipronged strategic plan to help shape its growing business and drive future performance in preparation for public listing. Our consultants developed and implemented short- and long-term initiatives that were aimed at streamlining business processes, including developing cost and profit objectives. Corporate measures included establishing a stringent financial control system that was aimed at improving cash flow and unlocking shareholders' wealth, besides providing monthly reviews of key financial performance indicators.
